Subsidiaries > Integrated MaritimeTransforming military seapower in littoral waters Integrated Maritime Platforms International, Inc., (IMPII) became a wholly owned subsidiary of Radix Marine in April 2003. Integrated Maritime was formed in April 2001 specifically to design, engineer, integrate, test, and manufacture Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs). The concept for the USVs was based on the proven technologies demonstrated by the manned GB-Challenger Class Craft. GB-Challenger Class Craft IMPII designs and markets the GB-Challenger Class Craft, a high-speed, long-range, multimission coastal patrol craft with interchangeable mission modules. SPARTAN Program IMPII's work on Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USV's) resulted in its current U.S. Navy contract for their research and development. IMPII has been funded as a participant in the Advanced Concept Technical Demonstration (ACTD) for the Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) Program, known as "SPARTAN."
