Question: (2/01/07) Since I still hold 50,000 shares of this company from 2003, give me some reason to be confident that Radix will develop into a solvent company given its terrible share performance. Even before the LJC mess the share price was sadly only around a dime. To be honest, I just can’t see this company trading at .50 Cents- $1.00, or more at some point in the future. I would appreciate having someone point out where I’m wrong. Doug from PA
Answer: (2/01/07) Doug, I think we are all frustrated with events of the past. The company continues to clean up its legal issues and become more viable. I would point out that the stock was trading 12-13 cents prior to the decline with Lajolla deal. If you look at the trading history you will see it hit 2-3 cents with some buying in February of 2005 as I recall. Keep an eye on the website for updates. We are keeping expenses to an absolute minimum while we clean things up. BG
(2/23/07) ON JANUARY 24, 2007 WE WERE ASKED IF WE WOULD BE WILLING TO MEET WITH CONCERNED SHAREHOLDERS. AS OF NOON ON FRIDAY 2/23/2007 WE HAVE HAD NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION, CONFIRMATION OR REQUEST TO MEET. THEREFORE WE WILL NOT BE MEETING WITH SHAREHOLDERS. WE WILL GLADLY SCHEDULE FOR A DIFFERENT DATE AND TIME. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 2 WEEKS FOR THE REQUEST.
I APPOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVINIENCE INCURED AS A RESULT, BUT I AM VERY BUSY AND NEED TO PLAN AHEAD THIS TIME OF YEAR.
BRAD
